The kitchen was a major highlight, allowing us to cook our meals easily during our stay. The room was not just spacious but also exceptionally clean for our family. With comfortable beds and a great location, we felt right at home and already plan to return!

Had a braw time! The private spa was a pure bonus after a long day exploring. Rooms were clean and comfy but could use a wee bit of upkeep. The traffic noise was a touch bothersome at night, though. I’d come back for the spa alone!

It was just a balanced option for a weekend trip in Rotorua and great for the money. The leaking basin caught me off guard, and I had to deal with wet items underneath. Bring your own toiletries for a comfortable stay.

The room was warm and cozy! Staff were super friendly and helped us with local tours. The outside bath was a perfect way to unwind after exploring. 💖

Parking was a bit tight, and the outside lighting could be improved for a better sleep experience.

Grateful for the spacious room complete with a kitchenette, the hot tub provided a lovely spot to unwind in the private backyard. Despite great amenities like a Netflix-enabled TV and helpful staff, the overall experience was marred by this major inconvenience.
